This natural processed from Honduras makes for the perfect espresso. It's syrupy body coupled with its subtle earthiness had words like 'rustic' (complimentary) being thrown around in the cupping lab. After dialing it in, we knew we'd be pulling shots of it at our cafes, but it's truly just as perfect for the home spro experts out there.
